So, I was “studying” (Facebooking/tweeting/listening to Andrea Corr) in Starbucks Midtown when an old lady tapped my shoulder.

Maybe because I’m post-duty, or because we had to settle a booboo with the service residents, or because I haven’t gone home in a week. Or because.. .
Eating at ChicBoy, shopping in National Bookstore and trying on Hip Culture dresses changed nothing.

Cheat Days
On the up side (in relation to previous post), for the past two weeks, I have been munching on old-time favorites which I’ve been missing because (1) I’m too busy to go out; (2) I’m too poor and (3) I have been trying to shed off pounds. :-P

I ordered a to-go Grande Cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso because I have been neglecting my Rehab papers and it’s about time I stay up late for them.
Much to my dismay, the cup was half-filled. Was already too far from the store to make a complaint. :-(

Ugh.
Do I really need to monitor ambulating patients, who have been stable for more than a day, every hour? Either may protocol na hindi ko alam, or talagang hindi lang sila nag-uupdate ng monitoring list. (Mind you, after mentioning it to the nurse a couple of times.) It just doesn’t help sometimes; at times, it does the opposite.
