From F.B., 69/M with metabolic syndrome (hypertensive, diabetic, obese and dyslipidemic) who had acute anteroseptal wall MI. Maybe he gave these to me because, clearly, he isn’t allowed to eat them. :-P Nonetheless, thank you for giving me my first thank-you gift. Took away the tiredness from last night’s duty. :-)
