Bright Eyes. |
They smile, they weep. They wink, they peep. |
Straps and metal guard secured around my torso, bare feet dangling.
I have lined up for this ride for quite some time. The noisy engine’s running, big wheels are turning, finally.
The feeling right before you leave the platform, knowing you’ll be shaken, put on a high, scared out of your wits, OR not knowing at all what will happen— it’s just inexplicable.
Soon I am going to release the buckles, put on my shoes and go back to level ground, but for now-
It’s gonna be one hell of a ride.
